She deals with many high net worth clients and high value estates, together with farming estates, and advises clients in relation to Business Property Relief and Agricultural Property Relief.
Heather is also currently Vice Chair of the STEP Cheshire Committee.
Catherine Burgess has joined our Litigation and Dispute Resolution department. Catherine qualified as a Solicitor in 2015. Before joining the firm she trained at a niche litigation firm in Birmingham before moving to JPC Law in London, in September 2016. Catherine has experience of dealing with a variety of disputes and claims, including professional negligence, breach of contract and landlord and tenant matters. She understands the importance of resolving disputes in the most cost-effective way possible and of identifying clients’ objectives at an early stage.
