Our dedicated property law team aims to make the process of mortgaging or re-mortgaging commercial property as simple, straight forward and cost effective as possible.
We will provide you with a full written estimate of prospective costs and payments out, together with an indication of a realistic timetable for completion of the transaction, at the outset.
We have Solicitors with specialist knowledge and expertise, and extensive practical experience of a wide range of commercial property mortgage, remortgage and refinancing transactions.
We would encourage you to talk to us at an early stage in the process. We can then work with you, and existing and new lenders, to identify and resolve potential problems, paving the way for speedy progress to completion.
Where Lenders are happy for us to act for you and them, we will do so. If Lenders wish to appoint their own Solicitors, we will work with you to ensure that we and you comply with the Lender’s requirements within the desired timescale.
