New Guideline Hourly Rates from 1 October 2021
Legal professionals must be aware that there are new Guideline Hourly Rates to be used from 1 October 2021. This is the first uplift for 11 years!
The new rates are as follows:-

The rates have increased by approximately 20% which is welcome news.
