Coronavirus Update – December 2021
Coronavirus Update – December 2021
Given the rise in cases over recent weeks, combined with the Government’s requirement that we return to working from home, we wish to update and re-assure our Clients and visitors.
Firstly, our office remains open and we continue to operate in a safe and Covid-secure manner. We are still offering client meetings, but these must be arranged in advance. Where possible, we ask that they are dealt with remotely.
All of our Solicitors are able to work from home and they are largely doing so. Our IT systems were expanded in 2020 to facilitate that. If your Solicitor is unwell or is required to self-isolate, our contingency plans include another Solicitor being available to you as temporary cover. We are committed to ensuring the best possible service during this time.
It remains the case that you should not attend our office if you, or a member of your household, has symptoms of Covid-19, however mild. In this event, please contact us and we will make alternative arrangements. We are grateful for your co-operation.
We retain our hand-sanitising station in our reception area, as well as the protective screens in reception and two of our conference rooms. Face masks may be worn by some of our team. We do not require visitors to wear facemasks, although they are of course very welcome to do so.
Our risk assessment remains available to all employees, contractors and visitors upon request.
If you have any individual concerns or worries, please contact us to enable us to discuss these with you.
Thank you.
