Bowcock Cuerden welcomes Rachael Walker
We are thrilled to announce the latest addition to our Bowcock Cuerden team – a warm welcome to Rachael Walker, who joins us with a wealth of experience, a love for the countryside, and a strong local connection.
Rachael grew up on her family’s farm in the picturesque Staffordshire Moorlands, where her roots in rural life were firmly planted. That rural passion led her to study at Harper Adams University College, where she graduated in 2003 with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management.
In 2005, Rachael qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and for over a decade she worked in the Land Management Department of Strutt & Parker in Chester. From there, she took on a significant role in the management of the iconic Eaton Estate near Chester, where she spent nine years as Head of Rural Property Management.
Over the years, Rachael has built up extensive experience in managing land, residential and agricultural property. She had a particular interest in the legal side of the rural property work – an area she finds both fascinating and rewarding – and that has led to her decision to focus on the law and join our property team.
After 15 years living on the outskirts of Nantwich with her husband, two children, and two dogs, Rachael is excited to be working closer to home in the community she knows and loves. We are delighted to have Rachael on board.
