We are pleased to announce that Director Lesley Smith is now a qualified Mediator.

Lesley specialises in commercial, agricultural and general civil litigation, and has extensive High Court experience. She also deals with all aspects of employment law.

Mediation helps people sort out their differences – often in just one-day. It is a formal process where a third party mediator is appointed to assist the parties in reaching a settlement. A mediation usually involves the parties meeting at a neutral venue with a view to the Mediator attempting to facilitate a settlement through a number of private and (sometimes) joint sessions with the parties.
