Highest grading in latest NFU Legal Panel audit
BCllp was appointed as one of NFU’s 16 National Legal Panel firms back in 2008. The appointment was subsequently re-affirmed in 2012 and again in 2015.
Panel membership is subject to regular audit and we have just received the results of the latest audit, carried out in August 2016. By reference to a variety of specific criteria relating to quality of client service and procedural compliance the firm was graded in the highest available category, with the NFU auditors concluding that they were “very impressed” with their findings.
Managing Director Philip Cuerden said: “The firm has always been heavily committed to its agricultural and horticultural clients and so is delighted to have had its expertise in farming matters recognized by NFU by its continuing National Legal Panel membership for over eight years. Quality of service and client satisfaction are paramount to us, and it is extremely gratifying to have received such a highly valued independent endorsement arising from the latest audit”.
