Powers of Attorney

A Power of Attorney allows you to appoint someone to make decisions on your behalf if you become unable to do so. It is something that you should think about when planning for your future.

There are various types of Power of Attorney.

Lasting Powers of Attorney can cover either financial decisions or health and care decisions. A Lasting Power of Attorney allows you to appoint someone to make decisions for you, during your lifetime, if you can no longer make those decisions for yourself.

We can advise you about the different types of Powers of Attorneys and help you decide which type is best for your circumstances.
