Our aim is to achieve settlement of parents’ differences over residence and contact in ways to avoid protracted arguments and to promote co-operation between the parties so far as possible.
We have extensive experience of dealing with matters ranging from issues relating to parental responsibility or on arrangements to determine whom a child is to live with or spend time with or in relation to the financial support to be given to a child.
We can also advise you on the options open to you to try and resolve any issues that have arisen such as the use of the collaborative law or mediation or, if necessary, court proceedings.
