Our aim is to assist Grandparents upholding a relationship with their Grandchildren.
Grandparents do not automatically have rights to contact with grandchildren or apply to the Court for contact.
The Family Court does acknowledge that grandparents have a role in a child’s upbringing. We therefore offer advice and support to Grandparents looking for contact with their grandchild or need to apply for permission to an order at Court.
