Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements are a way to protect your individual assets before and after entering into a marriage. Our team has a range of experience in drafting Agreements.

A Prenuptial Agreement is made before parties get married and it outlines individual assets and finances and how these are to be dealt with if parties divorce.

A Postnuptial Agreement is made after the marriage has taken place and are useful when there is a change in circumstances.

Both Agreements are recommended to protect individual assets especially if there is financial imbalance in your relationship
