Needless to say it has been a great pleasure dealing with you and Dad and I certainly enjoyed our visits to you. We always felt that we were treated as much more than clients and were very grateful for your personal attention. I was particularly thankful for the personal interest you showed when meeting Dad and the patient and sympathetic way you dealt with him, that meant a great deal.
